This Lunch and Learn is hosted Jointly by the Audit Standing Committee and the JI Standing Committee. The Remote Technology (RTC) Team is nearing the finish line with a voting document for the JI and Audit Committees and COPAS Council. The target meeting for final approval is COPAS Spring 2021. The RTC team has discussed comments to date and incorporated the concepts and clarifications into our October XX, 2020, draft. This will be a high-level run-through of that penultimate draft and get final comments before issuing a voting draft. This will not be a detailed line-by-line presentation, but rather a discussion focused on the over-arching concepts – the specific purpose of this document, what is a RTC, what accounting provisions address the facility and the dedicated personnel and those who may use the facility from time to time, and how the Team arrived at the chargeability decisions based on the specific language in our numerous model forms.
