This session explains accounting procedure and joint operation agreement provisions that either complement each other, overlap, or are seemingly in contradiction with each other. Discussion centers on what each provision means, how they relate, and how attendees can implement these "paired" provisions.
Learning Objectives: By the end of this class you will be able to
- Recall "paired" provisions in the accounting procedure and joint operating agreement.
- Recognize items that can be charged to the joint account using provisions in the accounting procedure and joint operating procedure.
